True Honour is a women only service. We support survivors of abuse, including Honour Based Violence (HBV), Forced Marriage (FM) and Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). You can join our coffee morning to meet old friends and make new ones.

Exercise referral scheme: If you have suffered an illness or recently had an operation, our GP referral sessions will help you get back into fitness

Soft play: Toddler area for 0-3 years and a junior area for 3-8 years
