SureCare is a home care service for older people or those with complex care needs. We provide a wide range of services to help people remain living in their own home safely and securely.

What is this service?

What we offer:

  • Domiciliary care: Comprehensive personal care and assistance at home (such as bathing, getting dressed, chores)

  • Live-in Care: Round-the-clock support at home 

  • Respite Care: Flexible care coverage for when your regular carer needs a break

  • Complex Care: A professional approach to a range of complex care needs (such as a brain or spine injury, stoma or catheter)

  • Support services: Additional support around the home and beyond (such as household support, child care or pet care)
