What is this service?
Each free session combines 45 minutes of tailored exercise, using seated and standing exercises to help with everyday functional fitness.
The community-based session ends with a social tea/ coffee break. It is led by a qualified instructor who specialises in older people’s exercise.
There are two camps:

Tolworth Camp: Wednesdays, 10:00am - 11:00am at Our Lady Immaculate Church, and
-
Kingston Camp: Tuesdays, 10:10am - 11am at Archway Parish Halls on Cambridge Estate.

- What to bring:
Bring a bottle of water.
- What to wear:
Wear clothes to move in, and supportive shoes such as trainers.
