What is this service?
This dance exercise class is specifically tailored to those aged over 65 includes standing and seated resistance work with balls, bands and weights, and stretches to music. The dance moves are fun, safe and easy to follow.
Classes held every Tuesday:

9:45am- 10:45am, or

11:15am- 12:15pm

Good to know
- Cost: £8 per session booking required
- Parking:
There is parking available at the St Mary’s Centre for about 8 cars. You can also make use of the parking at the Royal British Legion that next door to St Mary’s Centre, where you will find ample parking.

Call Sara-Jane for more info, or to discuss any health issues that might be affected by exercise.
- What to bring:
Bring a bottle of water.
- Getting here:
By Train: from Chessington South station turn left out of the station and walk up Garrison Lane. It’s about a 5 to 10 min walk.
By Bus: from Kingston take the 71 bus to Chessington South station. This bus goes right past the Church, so just ask the driver if you are not sure.
- What to wear:
Wear clothes to move in, and supportive shoes such as trainers.
