What is this service?
Welcome to the heated water of our open air pools. Hampton Pool, known as “South West London’s best kept secret” is situated next to Royal Bushy Park. Our main pool is 36 metres long and we also have a learner pool dedicated to children and their parents.
The Sunday Times described us as “one of Britain’s coolest, biggest, hippest pools”.
The water in our pools is heated throughout the year. We provide for the community 365 days of outdoor swimming, yes, you can even have a swim on Christmas Day!
Our pools are monitored by a team of professional lifeguards, providing a safe environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
The main pool is split in half at all times to allow for lane swimming on one side and family swimming and fun on the other.
Spend a day with us swimming and lazing in the sunshine, remember it’s cheaper and warmer than a family trip to the seaside. Customers even tell us that a day at Hampton Pool is like being on holiday!
We also offer limited free parking.

We have loops to lock your bicycles to but they are left at their owner's risk. Parking We have a free car park but spaces are limited. However, there are also places to park in close proximity to the pool on public roads. BUT PLEASE PARK CONSIDERATELY and not on grass verges or across our neighbour’s drives. Arriving by Train Hampton has a South Western Railway station located in Station Road, TW12 2AL. It is on the Shepperton branch line in Zone 6and has two platforms. Both platforms are wheelchair friendly. Arriving by Bus The R68, R70, 285, 111, 216 busses that stop near the pool (see map above) all have access lifts for wheelchair users/disabled people. The Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 2000 (PSVAR) requires that all single-decker buses be accessible by 2016 and all double-deckers by 2017.
