What is this service?

  • My Computer My Way offer free how-to guides to make your device more accessible. Plus they have a number of excellent factsheets on their main website.

  • Free IT support at home is delivered by a network of trained volunteers who can help older people and people with a disability of any age with IT challenges, e.g. setting up new equipment. Sign up online or call 0800 048 7642

  • Vodafone and Lloyds Banking Group have created a social impact company called WeAre Group that can help people to use digital skills confidently and is designed to make sure nobody gets left behind. You will learn how to book a GP appointment only, shop online safely, manage your online banking.

  • The Department for Education has launched a new Skill Toolkit that offers free courses to help you learn new skills or get a new job.

  • Microsoft Digital Skills Support Programme is free to all learners and provides an interactive, hands-on training platform that helps people learn basic technical skills.
