Achieving for Children (AfC) supports children and young people from birth to 25 years old. We work on behalf of Kingston Council.
What is this service?
Join us for tea, cake and a chat, at our regular community café drop ins. There will always be someone to talk to. Open to all carers, bereaved, those living with life limiting illness or just looking for someone to talk to. Free to attend.
