CAP can help you:

  • Understand your financial situation and create a realistic budget

  • Deal with letters and calls from creditors

  • Set up a plan to repay your debts at an affordable rate

  • Explore options like debt relief orders (DROs), bankruptcy or payment plans

  • Build confidence managing your money

They will support you throughout the process, not just at the start.

How to access the service

Visit the CAP website to:

  • Find your nearest debt centre (in Kingston this is St John's Church in New Malden)

  • Book an appointment by calling their free helpline: 0800 328 0006
