The Mindful Compass

Thriving amidst life’s ups and downs

Come along and make some time and space for your mind amidst the ups and downs of this strange time.

The drop-ins are a mixture of mindfulness and compassion meditations and group discussion sprinkled with text and insight from the worlds of neuroscience, physiology and research. These sessions are appropriate for everyone no matter your current experience of mindfulness, compassion or meditation in general.

Daily 30 minute drop-ins, Monday to Friday at 6.30am, 8am, 1.30pm and 9.30pm UK (BST).
