Richmond and Kingston ME Group, is a self-help support group for people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). Our mission is to provide support to anyone affected by ME/CFS. Our purpose is to reduce isolation, provide support and information to our members, reach new members, raise public awareness of ME/CFS and its devastating effect on people and their families.

We are a self-help group supporting people with ME/CFS in Richmond and Kingston boroughs and the surrounding area. We also support people with Long Covid, Lyme Disease and Fibromyalgia. We are a friendly group and will give you a warm welcome.
