Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative form of yoga that targets the connective tissues rather than the muscles. Poses are held for an extended period, usually three minutes or more, allowing for the relaxation of the muscles whilst promoting flexibility and mindfulness.
Led by a certified instructor, these sessions focus on gentle movements, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help improve flexibility, relieve stress, and promote overall wellbeing.
No prior yoga experience is needed—our volunteers provide clear guidance and adapt exercises to suit all abilities. Whether you’re looking to stretch out tension, find a moment of calm, or simply connect with others, these classes are a great way to nurture both body and mind.
Held virtually, the sessions are easily accessible from home, allowing participants to join with minimal equipment—just a comfortable space and a willingness to try. Come as you are, breathe deeply, and enjoy the rejuvenating effects of yoga in a friendly and understanding community.
