We Speak Up

This event is part of the national White Ribbon “We Speak Up” campaign (www.whiteribbon.org.uk/wespeakup). It’s an opportunity for men, women, and young people — to take a stand against gender-based violence and support positive change through sport and community action.

What’s On

10:00 – 10:30 | Welcome & Refreshments Enjoy a hot drink, visit information stalls, and meet local organisations making a difference.

10:15 – 10:30 | Opening Speeches Hear from Cllr Andreas Kirsch, Leader of Kingston Council, on Kingston’s commitment to ending violence against women and girls (VAWG).

11:00 – 12:30 | Activities and Workshops

• Sports Challenge Fundraiser – Take part and support local charity Voices of Hope.

• Mural & Art Station – Help create “Strong Voices, Safe Spaces” or join children’s creative sessions.

• Taster Bystander Training – Learn safe ways to speak up and support others.

• Voicebox Workshops – Explore healthy masculinity and how we can all help boys and men to thrive.

• Fulham FC Foundation Sports Tasters – Inclusive activities for all abilities, plus:

  • Skills Club (ages 3–12) - To secure your child’s space for this activity, please register here.

  • Girls Development Centre (U8–U16) - To secure your daughter’s space, please register here.

  • Premier League Kicks (ages 10–18) - To book your place, click here.

  • Walking Football (adults 18+) - To book your place for this event, please register here.

Bonus: Attendees will have the opportunity to receive free tickets to the Fulham FC Women’s match later that day!
