These walks combine gentle physical activity with conversation, encouragement and emotional support in a relaxed, low-pressure setting. For many women, walking side-by-side can feel like an easier first step towards community, wellbeing and renewed confidence.
Please help us spread the word—we’d love to welcome more women. If you’re a woman, do come along, and share with any ladies who may be interested.
