Are you caring for someone living with dementia?
Would you like to connect with others who understand your journey?
Join our winter peer support group — six online sessions providing a warm, welcoming space to share experiences, learn from one another, and find support during the colder months.
This is a fortnightly online group starting Friday 16 January 2026, 11am to 12.30pm
What to Expect:
• Friendly, informal group discussions
• Practical tips and emotional support
• Guest speakers and activities
Each online session runs from 11am to 12.30pm on the following dates: -

Friday 27 February 2026
Friday 13 March 2026
Friday 27 March 2026
You do not have to attend all dates but you are welcome to sign up to come to one or as many of the sessions as you would like.
