Talk, Listen, Connect workshops
Loneliness affects many of us and can impact both physical and mental health. Often, we notice when someone around us is struggling, but we’re not sure what to say or how to help without saying the wrong thing.
Talk, Listen, Connect workshops help build confidence in everyday connection.
They focus on simple, human skills we can all use, talking, listening and helping people feel less alone — without trying to fix anyone or take on responsibility for their situation.

-
