We know that loneliness can seriously affect our health ā but knowing how to help someone whoās struggling isnāt always easy. Thatās where TLC (Talk, Listen, Connect) comes in. Join one of our friendly workshops to build the skills and confidence to support others in your community, workplace or neighbourhood.
