Event description

Powerful Habits for Wellbeing – 4-Week Course

Delivered in a warm and friendly environment, this course will guide you through simple, practical ways to introduce small changes into your daily life. This will help you to establish lasting habits that support both your mental and emotional wellbeing. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with others and share experiences in a safe, welcoming space.

Each session includes refreshments and encourages open conversation, reflection, and personal growth.

Dates: Mondays, 13th April – 11th May, 15:00 – 17:00
