Exercise mats are supplied, just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing.
Suitable for all levels and open to all parents of children aged 0 to 18 years, up to age 25 if a child has SEND.
The Pilates class and the cafe is a parents only session. Regretfully, we are unable to accommodate children. Registration is required on the first visit only.
