Step into a calm, nurturing space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the part of yourself that often gets lost in the rush of everyday life. Mindful Art offers a gentle, non‑verbal way to explore your inner world through colour, movement, and intuitive expression. You don’t need any artistic skills — just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to let the process guide you.

This workshop is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and find clarity. Mindful Art can ease stress and anxiety, support emotional balance, enhance decision‑making, and open up new pathways for problem‑solving. It’s a grounding, restorative practice that brings you back to your centre.

Each session is unique. I weave together colour therapy, chakra awareness, and art therapy, creating a layered experience that supports both your emotional and energetic wellbeing. Every workshop introduces a new principle or theme, allowing you to deepen your understanding of yourself while exploring different mindful art techniques.

You’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive group environment where you can connect with others, share experiences if you wish, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating without pressure or judgement.
