Steps to Fitness and Happiness Project: Let's Tai Chi Kingston
Kingston Beats has successfully applied for the Kingston Council's Borough-wide Community Grant to launch the "Steps to Fitness and Happiness" project. Through joining Tai Chi, Latin dance and drama activities, we hope Hongkongers settled in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames will stay healthy and happy in winter time.
For 8 consecutive Saturdays from 10 January 2026, you are welcome to join Master Ying to practise Tai Chi in a weather proof indoor venue. The activity is funded by The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. All levels are welcome to join for free.
Date: 10, 17, 24, 31 January, 7、14、21、28 February 2026 (Every Saturday)
Time: 1:15-2:45pm
Place: Upper Hall, Kingston Methodist Church, Fairfield S, Kingston upon Thames KT1 2UJ
Language: Cantonese mainly, English translation available.
Enrolment: Free for all and no registration is required. Please come in comfortable clothing. No black marking soled shoes please.
