From 19th to 23rd of January Kingston Libraries are bringing you sessions with local partners to help support your health and wellbeing. This session focuses on the HENRY service, which offers:
What is HENRY?
The HENRY programme supports the whole family to gain the confidence, knowledge and skills they need to help the whole family adopt a healthier, happier lifestyle and to give their children a great start in life.
There is support for fussy eating, screen time, healthier teeth, sleep, getting active and healthy family eating behaviours.
How is the service run?
The programme is delivered by health visitors and school health, who have been trained in the HENRY approach.
For the group programme, parents and children attend weekly sessions over an eight week period online or at a children’s centre.
The workshops are delivered online or at a children’s centre.
