Are you a carer supporting someone with a diagnosis of Dementia or concerned about someone’s memory?
Join us for our weekly Carers Support Groups and Information sessions starting on Wednesday 23 April. These sessions will enable carers to have increased knowledge of dementia, help carers feel better informed and less isolated, enable carers to plan with and for the person they care for now, and in the future and meet with others in a safe and secure environment.
