Arts & Crafts Sessions
Led by Tracey, this beginner-friendly group offers a calm and supportive space to enjoy simple creative activities such as painting, drawing, and crafting.
Designed with wellbeing in mind, these sessions provide an opportunity to relax, reduce stress, and boost your mood while engaging in mindful, hands-on creativity. There’s no pressure and no experience needed - just a chance to unwind and express yourself in a judgment-free environment.
Whether you’re looking to try something new or simply enjoy a peaceful creative break, everyone is welcome.
